Privacy Policy — CaterCaddy

What we collect

CaterCaddy collects the email address you use to sign in, and information you enter into the product (restaurant details, inquiry data, package configurations, and booking records). We do not collect payment card data — all payments are processed directly by Stripe.

How we use it

We use your data solely to provide the CaterCaddy service: processing inquiries, generating quotes, sending transactional emails, and displaying your dashboard. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Third-party services

CaterCaddy is built on Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
