Acceptance
By creating a CaterCaddy account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
CaterCaddy is a catering management tool for restaurant operators. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Deposits collected from your clients flow through Stripe directly to your connected bank account — CaterCaddy does not hold client funds. You remain solely responsible for fulfilling catering agreements with your clients.
Free trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start. At the end of the trial period your account will be paused unless you add a payment method and subscribe.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.
Limitation of liability
CaterCaddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaterCaddy's liability is limited to the monthly subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding any claim.
